I love this recipe! I’ve made it before, but this time I just used gluten free graham cracker crumbs and checked all my chips to make sure they were GF, too. 🙂

Ingredients:

GF graham cracker crumbs

  
Butter

Chocolate chips (and peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, etc. to your liking)

Flaked coconut

1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter (about 1 stick) and mix with graham cracker crumbs, and press down with fork for crust.

   

 
Then layer flavored chips of your choice, followed by coconut on top.

  

   
Then pour can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over top.

  
I’ve also tried this with chocolate sweetened condensed milk, and it’s delicious!

  
Bake at 350 for approx 35 minutes, or until top is golden.

   
Or brown for chocolate version 😉
