This is one of the most delicious desserts I’ve tried! It’s a little pricey, since a gluten free cake mix is kind of expensive, but it’s nice for a special occasion.

Ingredients:

6 to 8 large peaches, cut into slices

Approx. 8 oz cream cheese,  cut into small cubes

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 yellow cake mix

1/2 cup butter, cut into slices
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place sliced peaches evenly in the bottom of a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish:

Roll each of the cream cheese cubes in the brown sugar until coated, and place evenly among the peaches:

I used this King Arthur yellow cake mix:

Sprinkle cake mix over top of peaches and cream cheese:

Place slices of butter evenly on top, and sprinkle remaining brown sugar over:

Bake approximately 50 minutes (I had to bake a little longer, and smooth it out a bit in the center), until slightly bubbly and brown:

Serve warm with ice cream =D
